Golf Leagues

League system Guidelines:

  • Leagues are required to set minimum guaranteed headcounts 7 days in advance of initiation.
  • Golf fee must be paid in full in advance for the season (Non Refundable). If customers group has more than 30 people per visit, 3 installment payment options is available throughout the season.
  • No refund or rain checks on no shows. the only exception is act of god when its under severe weather conditions such as storm or thunder. Heavy rain would not apply. Only when its classified as storm or lightning.
  • No schedule modification or cancellation by both Willows Run and the League Organizers during the season.
  • The Contract may be terminated or amended with 2 weeks notice in writing by either league director or Willows Run.
  • There are no senior, ladies, Junior, or members rates in leagues. Leagues are all public rates.
  • Rates for the whole group is the rate for the first tee time of the league.
  • If first group starts at twilight, the whole group is twilight rate. Super twilight rate does not apply.

Additional Requirements for Junior Tournaments, High School Leagues, or Lesson Leagues:

  • Junior Tournaments - Billed foursome per tee time regardless of the amount of headcount per tee time.
  • High School or Lesson Leagues - Booking online or walk-ins only.. Online booking is available 7 days in advance. No reservation available other than online. Must play in foursomes.
