Groups less than 40 Outings

Looking to make a tee time for 8 to 40 golfers?

We are accepting limited small group outings at this time for our 2 18-hole courses. Prepayment is required for the small groups to book and reserve tee times. We will refund if notified of headcount change 7 full days in advance. If group is reduced to less than 8 players with 7 days' notice, we will cancel and refund the entire amount. We can provide availability but will not reserve time until paid. We will accept bookings up to 2 months out. 

Small Groups Rules

Small groups are required to follow all course rules, but of special note they are required to:

• Maintain pace of play of 4.5 hours per 18 holes or faster. Will be required to pick up their ball and advance to next hole is slowing pace of play by Staff/Marshal
• Listen to all instructions by staff and marshals

Why we ask for prepayment in the full amount:

We always welcome groups with less than 40 golfers, but if each small event changes the headcount at the last minute or during the day of play, we cannot accurately fill tee times and maximize revenue. After the confirmation of final headcounts, no shows result in lost tee time revenue otherwise filled with general public golfers. We can only cater to small group events if we know accurate headcounts, and thus we ask customers to pay in full when they have agreed-upon headcounts. We will not issue refunds after the 7th full day before the groups date(if on a Sunday we will not refund as of the Sunday prior). We limit small group bookings to only those who have final headcounts and are ready to pay full. Luckily it is easy to be reimbursed from your golfing buddies with Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, in addition to cash. Thank you for your understanding.
