• Discounted fixed Daily Green Fee Rates*. Weekday rate Monday to Thursday and Weekend rate Friday to Sunday. Friday now on weekend rate in 2025.

  Group Organizer Add-on

  This membership level is an add on to a valid 2025 Willow's Run Discount Membership.

  This feature will be live in Early May.

  At Willows Run we have growing concerns about no shows during our busy season. We try to keep our course affordable and finacially strong. Multiple tee times from 1 or 2 groups on a day creates tremoundous risk to our course's finances, while blocking other players from enjoying our courses. We have created a Group Organizer Membership as a way to allow multiple tee times without requiring complete prepayment.

  • It allows you to book a upto 4 tee times on a day, when all other golfers are limited to 1 tee time during Shoulder and Peak Seasons (April to October).
  • We will have seperate booking website for these group organizers. The tee times will be required to be set, modified, or canceled on this website(no other method will be provided)
  • This portal will require a credit card to be on file. In result of a no show the tee time will be charged to the card on file.
  • Instead of 24 hour notice we will require the tee times to be modifed down, or canceled with 72 hours. Otherwise tee time will be charge and counted as a no show.
  • Grace will not be given for no shows due to family, medical, or personal emergencies.
  • Discretion will be used on who is giving access to this and how tee times will be listed on the tee sheet. 

  This level of membership account will need to be created by Proshop Manager or the Assistant Managers and will not be able to be used right away, so please plan ahead. Additional paper work will need to be completed in person when creating this membership account at the Willows Run Pro Shop. Those found to cancel a card, contest a transaction, or other means of avoiding payment are to lose this access at a minimum.
